The program matrix-pwm, does not work for NanoPi2 ...

It doesn't work for the NanoPi Neo either.
There seems to be some inconsistency in the code as well.
Consider the following definition in libfahw-pwm.h:

int PWMPlay(int pin, int freq, int duty);

You'd think this method takes a cpu pin number, however,
from the demo (Matrix-pwm.c) it's clear that it should have been called channel instead:

printf("Using default config: channel=%d freq=%dHz duty=%d\n", pwm, Hz, duty);
...
if (PWMPlay(pwm, Hz, duty) == -1) {
...

And it turns out the only valid options are 0 and 1 (Channel0 and Channel1)
