Add protection against burn-in when opening TikTok by adding black bars at the top and bottom as shown in the screenshot🙏

I can't calculate the screen area for a specific application right now, I'm in a very deep level (running on SystemUI directly) so maybe it is not possible. You can still use this module to filter whole screen. Because it is more helpful than just hiding top and bottom, the buttons on video (like, comments, ...) can cause the same burning issue too.

Okay, I hope you will be able to make such functionality someday, but for now I will use what is there.
