• The ussage of the mosfet is diffrent from transitor, you need to pull down mosfet gate to prevent it random state at the boot, on/off
• because the mosfet may damage by the time, so, it may be short circuit when it done, so im suggest add a opto couple to protect circuit

Thanks for the explanation. I understand the point and agree that it can be a latent issue.

In my case, after manufacturing more than 100 units, I haven’t experienced any problems so far.

That said, I’ll definitely take it into account if I ever redesign the PCB.
