Use widgy page builder without mezzanine official doc

Hello !

I've just quickly managed to use widgy's page builder without mezzanine and it really needs some doc as this currently lacks documentation (I had to look a bit at the code and gavinwahl gist)

By explaining the gist, and adding it to the official docs (in the page builder section) you will surely attract new users.
I feel like you also need to explain widgets context. By that I mean which widget are going to be available when building a page. It is surely linked to WidgyField's root_choices argument but which values are available and how to build a custom context ?

I'm coming back here after having messed around a bit with widgy.
I only use widgy for the page builder and there is way too much dependencies just for this feature.
Instead of only adding docs, separate the page builder into another project should also be considered.
A lot of components in page builder need refactoring and too much elements are there because of the dependancy on widgy.
I will probably handle this if I find the time.
