Use Cases
I have a Samsung Phone with a broken screen. I've managed so salvage it as a "Media Player" for my TV by using the DeX mode.
Using Fcast, I can cast stuff from my phone to it.
Unfortunately, I always have the window titlebar displayed. I've looked at DeX options and haven't found a reliable way to remove it in 2025...
That being said, apps that have a fullscreen mode, like youtube and grayjay, are hiding this window titlebar.
I can indeed install those apps and control them from there but it's more complicated since we are multiple family members with different subscriptions and so on.
Proposal
Anyway, looking only at FCast, if the receiver window could be made to go fullscreen it would be awsome!
