Feature: Text showing skip amound in SponsorBlock

• SponsorBlock manual skip mode shows a button to "skip" the undesired video portion.

• "Skip" button should include the amount of time that the undesired segment have instead of just the "skip" text.

• It would give more control over what segments people want to skip.

• Some videos might have interesting content or false sponsor claims that skip a definitive portion of the video.

• "Skip" button could include text like one bellow:
  "Skip(1m45s)" or "Skip(105s)"
