bundle kvm.config with installation

I thought I'd give video a try and installed it through pip. Now I'm looking for the kvm.config file and I thought I'd find it somewhere in my virtualenv. Instead I have to resort to browsing the github page.
An alternative might be to provide a `--dump-kvm-config` or so to then print the config out.
