Open a file in a new tab

Please, add a possibility to open a file in a new tab. I suggest use ot mapping for that.

I found a workaround. I think it's not a good solution for PR, but it can help to someone else:

autocmd FileType agsv nnoremap <buffer> ot
  \ :exec 'tab split ' . ags#filePath(line('.'))<CR>
