Can reset and user button omit pull-ups resistors and debouncing capacitors?

If so then to simplify routing we could omit both the pull up resistors and debouncing capacitors. This will be helpful for gaining more space to add test pad to check if the nice nano is soldered down properly.

I suspect the user button is already denounced in software.

Confirmed while working on https://github.com/mofosyne/roTec_pcb . Assembled without installing resistor and capacitor for reset and user button and loaded the latest firmware. It is responsive enough to indicate to me that these parts are redundant.

You can remove it without any issues.
