How to create accounting start and stop request.

I tried but not able to crack this error:

rad_recv: Accounting-Request packet from host 127.0.0.1 port 57637, id=1, length=58
Received Accounting-Request packet from client 127.0.0.1 with invalid Request Authenticator! (Shared secret is incorrect.) Dropping packet without response.
Going to the next request

Hello! This code is supposed to run against the SecurePass service that does not support accounting. You are trying to use it with SecurePass?
