Add `No. of commits in Contributors Certificate`

Add how many commits they made till date in the project. So that if someone is using the certificate professionally or posting it somewhere, it will represent there works in this project. Make it like that it will update automatically on each commit by that contributors ans if you need any help regarding this feel free to connect
