Rethink ACCESS mode #262
Description
Access mode (see https://bartoc.org/en/node/20001#content) is only set for some vocabularies. It uses a non-standard field ACCESS. Possible candidate for an extension of JSKOS may be dcat:accessService as described in DCAT-AP. See gbv/jskos#86 for discussion of JSKOS format. But is it worth the effort? Access mode may also be better a property of individual distributions, not a property of the concept scheme.
