Harvest collections from Semantic Farm

See https://semantic.farm/collection/ - we can daily download the collections file, convert to registries and import into JSKOS Server.

Similar applies to https://terminology.services.base4nfdi.de/collection/collections.

Here's a few steps to get you started:

1. Get collections, either from:
   • YAML archived content on GitHub (https://github.com/biopragmatics/bioregistry/raw/refs/heads/main/exports/collections/collections.yml)
   • API https://semantic.farm/api/collection
2. Get Bioregistry -> BARTOC mapping, either from:
   • API https://semantic.farm/api/metaregistry/bartoc/mappings.json
   • SSSOM archived on GitHub https://github.com/biopragmatics/bioregistry/raw/refs/heads/main/exports/sssom/bioregistry.sssom.tsv
3. Remap the resources key, then implement your own logic

Importantly, each collection has a well-defined identifier that should be backreferenced for any collection that's been imported, e.g., https://semantic.farm/collection/0000014 for the NFDI4Chem list.
