Support multiple values in subject_id and object_id

This would go beyond SSSOM specification and change the SSSOM/JSON format to hold arrays (`subject_id`, `subject_label`, `object_id`, `object_label`). Could be an additional option `-x, --extend` for extended SSSOM.
