Support backends with different capabilities

SRU backend (#34 ) will not support write access and PostgreSQL backend does not support `subjects` (could be implemented but not needed). The service should only propagate available endpoints depending on backend capabilities. We might also use multiple backends e.g. subjects and simple occurrences vis SRU but co-occurrences via SQLite or SPARQL.
