Encoding Setting

When I built the documentation I saw the Turkish I problem (youcan see here and here). In order to handle this situation I need to use the suitable encoding for the generated html for the context. It would be great if I can change it via both GUI and console. So that I can automate it to work after every deploy.

Do you solve the problem by changing the encoding of the index.html file? Would be great, if you could provide me your workaround. This way I can use a working workaround to design the solution for sharpDox. Thank you!
