Improvements for the exclusion window

The exclusion page is a bit complex for UX. So a few improvement ideas:

1. Sort types alphabetically
2. Group by assembly (so we can exclude whole assemblies)

Would be a good improvement. I don't know, if sharpDox will get this feature. Because I am writing a complete new version of it for .NET Core at the moment.
