GEMS undefined behaviour in pH titration G mode

In process mode Iron-Sol2:G:Lepid-C:0:0:1:25:0:solubility-C:G: the calculation hangs at some pH, probably hanging in the Golden Section algorithm.

Probably related to this value being 0 but this should be by default 1e-11 or so. Maybe also add a way to prevent hanging in the golden section or where the code hangs now.

Also in the new latest version of GEMS if a value is set in ipXi [2] upon remake and changing the pH interval and step GEMS complains that errors ipXi step is wrong, but this is not a setp in this case

Prevent hanging in the golden section for the process: add the minimum possible value of the function tolerance

Fixed problem warning: 'errors ipXi step is wrong' ( get overflow in a signed int).

Some years ago, possible cases of process calculations were implemented and debugged. After some changes/fixes for one type of process, some other processes could break. I made some fixes directly for G type, but more changes need a lot of testing on all types of processes.
