GEMS-T0010 GEMSGUI dark/light mode

In Windows and MacOS the mode is set based on system. If the system is set to dark mode then gems is dark. But there is a way in QT to switch between dark and light mode, option could be added in preferences.

I added light/dark settings to the Preferences Dialog, but they will only appear if the application is restarted with '-c' mode.

We need tests and suggestions about default '-d'.
We can change run but -c as default, now use no parameters -> -d mode .

what is different in -c compared to -d? Why it is not possible to add the settings in default mode?

We can also leave as is with -c and inform users that want to have a different GEMS mode. If so they need to start GEMS with -c.

-d - clear all settings, and reread the ini files.
-c - read settings, read data files with current window sizes, open database config, and other (possibly load last opened calc project).

default -d was settled in the version v.3.8.0, why I do not remember or it was done without me.

As for me, we need to research and debug a combination of all inputs and check all in different cases. And a combination of input parameters and settings.

It will do it in September or later.

needs more testing. In windows the change from dark to light in settings and gems restart does not react. If changing the theme in windows then it reacts. - somehow it is stuck in auto
