Collection of Machine-Specific Configure Commands and Jobscripts

Much like we have sample input files, I think that a directory of example jobscripts and configure commands for the various clusters accessed by Rayleigh users would be useful.

I think this would be a great addition. Including different jobscripts is easy enough, but how should we include example configure commands, a simple README file? I think putting them as a comment in the particular jobscript file might be a little hard to find?
