stdlib bumped too fast

Hi,

First of all, thanks for maintaining this. I have a left a comment in 375ad7e that may help us operators. This is currently an issue with tools like puppet-librarian that enforces constraints.

I've opened an issue so we can have a discussion.

To continue on my upgrade, I would like to find out a few things:

1. Has there been changes, in nscd 2.0.0 / 2.1.0 / main, that makes it incompatible with say stdlib 6.6.0 ?

2. Is this something that will be fixed in a future release, by dropping the lower constraint?
