Motivation
When a test failure is posted to #alert-ci, engineers currently have to manually dig into logs or artifacts to understand what broke. Now that crust-gather collects structured diagnostic data on every failure, we can use it to automatically generate a root cause summary and post it directly in the failure thread, reducing triage time and making failures more actionable at a glance.
