loading exterior files

I cant find the files that someone made. theyre referenced to in a paper but i dont know how to find them. i downloaded from the zip file instead of using github since ive never used it before so that may be the problem. the issue is the paper doesnt directly say where the model is in gibbon or what it is called so im having trouble finding it. its a lattice structure that models trabecular bone if that helps. Thanks
