stylelint-config-wordpress has been deprecated

Can the newer @wordpress stylline config package be added? The previous styleline-config-wordpress has been deprecated. Though we still use it for many of our older projects that haven't been updated, our newer projects are using the newer @wordpress/stylelint-config/ package and fail when we try to run code climate as that stylelint package is missing.

I saw in qltysh/qlty#633 the recommendation to open an issue or PR to have a package added to the codeclimate-stylelint repo so it could be used when running an analysis.
