How to start

No setup required. Just mention @gitbankbot in any Issue or Discussion here and the bot will deploy your vault automatically on your first command.

Step 1: Bridge assets to Base mainnet

You need USDC or WETH on Base mainnet. Bridge options:

• Coinbase Bridge (ETH or USDC)
• Superbridge (ETH, then swap to WETH/USDC on Uniswap)

Already on Base? Skip this step.

Step 2: Try a command

The bot replies in seconds with a receipt and a Basescan link. Commands execute on Base mainnet - use real USDC or WETH.

Step 3: Monitor your vault (optional)

Visit gitbank.io/app/dashboard to see balances, transaction history, and connected repos.

Launch a Token

Deploy a token on Base Mainnet via Clanker directly from this discussion. The bot deploys the token, creates a Uniswap v4 liquidity pool, and posts the contract address and Basescan link back to this thread. 80% of all LP trading fees go to your wallet automatically.

Parameters:

• "Name" - token name (required)
• symbol - ticker symbol, 2-8 chars (required)
• description - short description (required)

• image - token logo URL, or attach an image to your comment (optional)

No wallet needed. Gas is covered by the Gitbank relayer.

Claim LP Fees

If you have launched a token via Gitbank, LP trading fees are distributed to your vault address automatically. Use the claim command to lock any received fees into your vault as gitTokens.

@gitbankbot claim

This shields all unlocked token balances sitting in your vault (WETH and USDC) into the corresponding gitTokens. You can then withdraw them to any wallet with @gitbankbot withdraw.

No arguments needed. The bot checks all supported tokens and locks whatever is available.
