The node containers were failing to connect to the L1 Ethereum Sepolia RPC endpoint (https://ethereum-sepolia-rpc.publicnode.com/) with the error:

failed to get L1 chain ID: Post "https://ethereum-sepolia-rpc.publicnode.com": 
tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

Can confirm by adding this #2 on Dockerfile fixing the errors.

I solved it by adding the following command to the Dockerfile:

RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends ca-certificates && update-ca-certificates && rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
