1-How can I add “Label the incoming message” in the AI fallback path so that all unhandled messages (for example, “AI_unhandled”) get labeled automatically?
2- Also, how can I add “Open a ticket with a human agent” in the Flow, right after labeling, so that such queries are sent to a human agent for resolution?
