Oh I don't know if it's compatible with Bluetooth chat I would assume not. I was mainly just sharing it to point out that at least one app uses Bluetooth as a chat medium, So at least it's a positive proof of concept

I always thought that Apple would never allow developers to use that low-level access to hardware...

I think the author must add iOS support. My family and I are iPhone users and we need this chat.
