"gdrive account add" works on remote servers by curling the redirect url

as the title says, i think this is an easier way to add an account on remote servers.

• run "gdrive account add"
• enter your client id and secret
• open the link in your local browser
• login with your google account
• when the browser redirects and says it can't find the URL, copy it and curl it on the remote machine.

I did this on my iPhone while SSH-ed to my remote machine using Termius. Since Termius is just an SSH client I can't run a local instance of gdrive to add and export an account.
