gstatus output values as strings

when running gstatus -a -o json
to get gluster json

it return my object field number values as strings (type)

example object:

"nr_entries": "21" >> this value "21" is returned with type of "String" instead of "Integer"

we would like to get it as Intger value

however some of them returns the "-" sign instead of actual values
