Are there logs, which show end point connectivity logs & management/console access/user activity logs ? Thanks

GRR AdminUI and GRR frontend log all incoming HTTP requests.

In your AdminUI, click on "Settings" item in the menu on the left and find "Logging.path". Most likely it will be /usr/share/grr-server/lib/python2.7/site-packages/grr_response_core/var/log/. You'll find grr-ui.log there.

Endpoint connectivity log is a GRR Frontend log. You should find it in the same place, it should be named grr-http-server.log.
