Matplotlib twinx plot rendering glitch after rcParams change

Matplotlib plots become boxy/rectangular in Google Colab..i  changed something it happened i undo it but its still same. i restart reload what not. nothing is fixing it..
Resetting rcParams and restarting runtime does not fix it.
Issue persists until recreating the figure with plt.subplots().
Seems like a Colab matplotlib backend state bug.
