From f9542f3a90366097f0d422806e93436046e3e21b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: "github-actions[bot]" Date: Sat, 1 Aug 2026 19:34:06 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] fix(lint): keep agent worktrees out of Biome's scope MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Agent worktrees under .claude/worktrees/ are full checkouts, each carrying its own root biome.jsonc. Biome refuses to run at all when it discovers a nested root config, so a single leftover worktree broke `pnpm lint` for the whole repo with an error that points at the config rather than the worktree. Gitignoring them isn't enough — vcs.useIgnoreFile is off, so Biome doesn't read .gitignore. Excluding the directory in files.includes is what actually takes it out of scope.
