Add subpath exports for pure and Vue entrypoints

Add optional package subpath exports such as:

• @goranton/vue-url-state/pure
• @goranton/vue-url-state/vue

Goal:
Improve tree-shaking ergonomics for users who only need framework-agnostic helpers.
