Feature Request: custom webhook url instead hardcoded IFTTT #32

- I have searched existing issues to ensure this is not a duplicate
Add the ability to send webhook to any custom URL, not just to IFTTT. This is useful, for example, for integration with home-assistant
Monetisation comment: what about to allow webhooks to private (10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16, 172.16.0.0/12) addresses without in-app purchase? Leave the paid function only for online (external) requests
