Type safety checks missing for geometry and accel types

I just ran into a bug where I can fetch the accel handle for a BLAS and trace a ray into it as if it were a TLAS.

Also noticed that I can accidentally build a triangles accel with AABB geometry.

Behavior from this is a lockup. We should instead throw a helpful error message.
