What is the enhancement to be made?

Modify the agg generator on the gravwell kit to use reingest and a pure scheduled search

Also make sure to add a "lag" interval

Why should we make this change? (Business justification? What problem is the feature trying to solve?)

Dramatically simpler and it makes it possible to easily introduce the delay and backfill
