Feature description

Add a DaffBadgeComponent to @daffodil/design. Badges are small status descriptors for UI elements — compact indicators (a count, a short status word, or a status dot) that attach to or sit alongside another element such as an icon, avatar, button, nav item, or product card.

Proposed API:

• color
• status
• a product card (Product Card Component #4214) should be able to pass in a badge component (that can display a short status like new, sale, out of stock, etc)

Use case

• As a store builder, I'd like to be able to show a count on a cart or notifications icon (e.g. number of items) without hand-rolling positioning and theming.
• As a store builder, I'd like to be able to mark a product or list item with a short status ("New", "Sale", "Out of stock") in a consistent, themeable way.
