Set up greencommons.net

We've finally settled on a url: greencommons.net

We'd like to set it up with Heroku to properly link to the right domain.

We want to:

• Update greencommons.net to point to greencommons.herokuapp.com.
• Create qa.greencommons.net and link it to http://greencommons-qa.herokuapp.com/
• Update any email communications go out from Green Commons to have the right URL / domain.
• Anything else?

I've setup the CloudFlare account (happy to share login info with you if you want). SSL setup still is needed; see "Configuring your domain for SSL" here: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/205893698-Configure-Cloudflare-and-Heroku-over-HTTPS
