'Add [item]' button for user submission via Google Docs survey

On the event and places feeds, have an Add Event and Add Place button that links to a Google Doc Survey. Not sure if there should be an 'Edit event/place' button though - that's more likely than addine with places bc we have a pretty thorough list. Started a conversation about it.
