weird Makefile

Hi,

I would like to install your software on our cluster - not using conda.

Apart from the fact that the Makefile wants to download from dropbox (which definetively should be part of a separate script, if at all), it tinkers with bamtools. Should this library not just be a dependency, rather than build within a 3rd party Makefile (which gargammel is)?

Congratulations!

For the Makefile, I might find the time for patch. For the other issue (#12), probably not, because I hardly speak Perl and do not know the internal workings.

Dear Chris, If you can create a pull request for the makefile I will consider it :-) Regarding the wrapper, I have posted already that currently will be not feasible for the coming months. However if you speak python or C++, I believe that you can modify the code, I speak Perl with a heavy C accent. Gabriel
