[feature request] package for debian so that `--hid` works there too

The readme currently only has has installation instructions for Arch Linux. The Arch package that the readme instructs users to install compiles and installs a HID report descriptor patch that fixes a bug in the River 3 Plus' firmware which allows the linux kernel's native hid driver and the --hid command line parameter in this project to work.

It would be cool if we had a .deb package that made a similar HID fix. PRs welcome to add debian packaging metadata/scripts. #4

@greyltc Thanks for your work on this program. This is my first EF product, and I was very surprised to see the login gated app for controlling the device with local Bluetooth. It doesn't make sense to me. In any case, I'm happy that there's at least a path opening up for meaningful local control of this device.

I did some research on what's involved with getting r3pcomms going in Debian and here are my notes:

• udev-hid-bpf needs kernel >= 6.3 so any Debian package would only work with Debian 13+ (unless you install a newer kernel).
• udev-hid-bpf is not packaged for Debian yet. There's a request here:
  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1111458
  At the time of writing this comment, udev-hid-bpf has been updated so that it can be built in Debian 13+, but the actually Debian package hasn't been created yet. As far as I understand, udev-hid-bpf won't ever make it into Debian 13 but there might be some sort of manual way to install it.

Did you ever submit the HID report descriptor patch upstream to the Linux kernel for inclusion? I realize it takes a while for the fix to propagate to all the distros, but I think it would be useful to do this if you have the spare time and/or energy.

I'm going down this route now. It seems that maybe these "Quirks" generally live in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libevdev/udev-hid-bpf for a time before going to the kernel?

Yeah, I also think that's the right place to start.

I noticed that udev-hid-bpf is now in Debian testing. I'm going to try to get it going with Debian 13 in the coming days. I'll report back how it goes.
