npmctl reads the NPM OpenAPI schema and detects CRUD support for:
/nginx/proxy-hosts/nginx/certificates/nginx/access-lists
The controller fails closed. If an endpoint is not advertised by the schema, npmctl refuses the corresponding operation instead of guessing.
