Dependency no long exist in maven center leading to build failures

com.github.form-com.diff-coverage-gradle:jacoco-filtering-extension can no long be found in maven center, which leads to the failure of when adopts this plugin in other maven projects.

Is there a solution for it ?
1 deploy com.github.form-com.diff-coverage-gradle:jacoco-filtering-extension this into maven; or
2 add this artifact into the plugin's uber jar file.

com.github.form-com.diff-coverage-gradle:jacoco-filtering-extension never has been published to maven central.
The artifact is published only to jitpack.

I have some roadmap:

• publish delta-coverage-plugin to maven central
• then migrate to delta-coverage engine

Currently, you can try adding jitpack as repo to your project, so com.github.form-com.diff-coverage-gradle:jacoco-filtering-extension could be fetched by the plugin

Hi , due to some policy issue, jit pack is not allowed now.
Yes, it sounds a good plan.
Do we have any estimation about the timeline for this migration ?

Hi, it's a bit complicated question. Currently I have some issues with publishing to maven central.
It could take up to one week to migrate, but first I need setup the publishing.
So, ETA ~2-3 weeks

Thanks for the update, I tried it in my local Mac, everything looks fine using tag in Git
However, in our build service, it throws

Failed to execute goal io.github.surpsg:diff-coverage-maven-plugin:1.0.0:diffCoverage (diffCoverageCheck) on project coverage-report: Execution diffCoverageCheck of goal io.github.surpsg:diff-coverage-maven-plugin:1.0.0:diffCoverage failed: Cannot invoke "org.eclipse.jgit.lib.AnyObjectId.hashCode()" because "id" is null -> [Help 1]

When we use the old version of this plugin, this issue didn't happen.
Is it cause by the change in the way of retrieving git tags in this 1.0.0 version ?
