Preserve Orchestrator mapping context through EdgeEnv

Summary

• tighten EdgeEnv tests so Orchestrator mapping hints preserve required candidate context fields through telemetry history and regression reports
• add Lab handoff rejection coverage for incomplete mapping hint required fields
• update runtime telemetry history docs with the current EdgeEnv/AIGuard/Lab handoff mapping markers
