Error "no inputs had any primary video tracks" thrown when ending a timelapse with no frames recorded yet

I was trying to solve the recorder is null error and discovered a new issue.

If you pause, close the tab, reopen the tab resume recording, pause and then try to end the timelapse you get this error. (yes, it may be a little to specific)

I think this happens only when you very quickly end the timelapse before any data can be saved. Which is I think is a very edge case and even a lower priority.

Yes, that's probably the case. This should be easy to fix though!

Hey @ascpixi! What should we do here? I don't think this would ever happen in a real-life scenario. The best solution I can think of right now is an ostrich algorithm.
