Hakabana / Haka ip in kibana 4

Hi,

I'm new in monitoring, I succed to install haka and hakabana with elasticsearch 1.3.9 and kibana 3
But when I tried to install with last version of ES and kibana4 I can't understand how I input my dashbords .json like hakabana.json and ips_dashboad.json... And what is index ? in my hakabana.json i have index default : hakabana and in ips_dashboard.json index default is ips.

Can I mix this two dashboard in one dashboard ?
