it seems tricycle does't work well on my monocytes

Hi,

pretty cool tool! I tried the tricycle on my subsetted monocytes. but the quality assessment seemed strange. One potential reason might be that the culture monocytes usually don't divide even though this dataset is from in vivo. another reason might be the subsetting. but I guess the subsetting doesn’t affect the logcounts, nor does it affect the projection and cycle estimation.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
