Use skeleton placeholder while loading data

As of now, there is no loading indicator. The aim is to have a skeleton placeholder for the posts.

Hey @singhpratyush, so is it fixed that we have to use a specific placeholder image something like related to 1Ramp or we can use any placeholder image?
