Drop Classic layout and keep only Deck?

Deck is the default now. Classic is still sitting next to it as a second window layout, and keeping both is starting to cost more than it is worth.

Classic is the original chrome: one sidebar, tabs mixed across projects, no project rail, no project terminal dock. Deck is the other layout: project rail on the left, tabs scoped to the selected project, workspace panel, Changes in the sidebar, terminals docked to the project.

Every chrome change now has two answers. Tab close, ⌘W, settings, inbox, title bar, sidebar footer - all of it branches on Classic vs Deck. New workspaces already land on Deck. Classic is the leftover path.

Proposal: remove Classic. One layout, Deck. Existing Classic workspaces would switch to Deck on update. No toggle.
